Each pair of Earthing Connect shoes is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this careful process, please allow 3-5 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order is crafted and ready, we use Express Shipping to get it to you fast.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders also require 3-5 business days for production.
- Canada, Australia, Europe: 7-12 business days (after production)
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Umbrella Brands LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@earthingconnect.com.
