RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on earthingconnect.com, operated by Umbrella Brands LLC (doing business as Earthing Connect).

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.

You may return most new, unopened, or faulty items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect and process it within 2–4 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Items must be returned in their full original packaging (new, or otherwise unused with original labels attached).
  • For our shoes, we kindly ask that you try them on indoors to determine if the size is right. This helps ensure they remain in original condition in case an exchange or return is needed.
  • If your order included a free gift or promotional item, and a return causes your order to fall below the required threshold, we kindly ask that the gift also be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Your name
  2. Order number
  3. The issue
  4. Include a photo or video of the product (for shoes, please provide photos of both the top and sole)
  5. What you'd like (refund to original payment method, store credit, or exchange)

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return warehouse address.
